MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

bulletPROJECT MANAGER and OFFICER in CHARGE, managed all aspects of planning and execution of overhaul, renovation and conversion of a U.S. Naval Vessel from out of service status (12 years) to a housing, feeding, and education facility. Allocated and managed contracts for $10 million.
