	PROJECT MANAGER and OFFICER in CHARGE, managed all aspects of planning and execution of overhaul, renovation and conversion of a U.S. Naval Vessel from out of service status (12 years) to a housing, feeding, and education facility. Allocated and managed contracts for $10 million.
	PROJECT MANAGER, planned and managed major conversion of all combat systems (missiles, radars, electronic countermeasures equipment, tactical radios, etc.) and supporting structures of world's largest Naval Vessel, employing a work force of over 500 people.
	DEPARTMENT HEAD, management and leadership of 200 person department of highly trained professionals in upkeep and utilization of computer based decision support system, linking multiple ships at sea. Responsibilities included control of approximately 80 aircraft, numerous missile systems and guns, and all tactical communication systems, including satellite links.
	DEPARTMENT HEAD, managed and led operations department of organization operating long range aircraft covering nearly half the earth. Directed all aspects of mission planning, aircraft assignment, crew assignment, fuel allocation and usage, and associated budgets.

	Associate Professor, Education, teaching courses dealing with planning, teaching and evaluating programs and curricula for industrial and professional education.
	Associate Professor and Deputy Department Chairman, Naval Science. Directed faculty and support personnel of University Department. Planned and managed all budgets , personnel assignments, and space allocations. Taught courses in managerial planning and control.

	MAJOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING COMPANY, planned and delivered classes and work shops devoted to transition of engineers to managers. Also conducted collegiate pre-hiring interview program for firm.
	AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION FIRM, assisted in developing computer driven, automated system for egg processing, inspection and packaging.
	REGIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL, developed education programs and materials for Industrial Safety, Safety Awareness, OSHA Compliance and other related subjects.
	ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING, assisted in corporate outplacement services during major reductions in force.
	REGIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSORTIUM, planned and delivered programs and workshops dealing with managing and leading technical work forces.
